This was a busy weekend at my office and I'm so thankful we are starting the year off busy. We've written two offers and have one client going to the bank to try to get quailified tomorrow and three additional customers who are giving properties serious consideration. This is wonderful news, then this afternoon while sitting on our office screened porch being so happy about the busy weekend I got one of those dreaded phone calls.
A really close friend and retired to Florida real estate agent, Shirley Howard, lost her husband today after a 4 month battle with liver cancer. They would have been married 46 years next week. I'm so heart broken for her. Charlie Howard was a dear dear friend and such a sweet and fun loving guy.
Please pray for the Howard family. Charles is survived by his mother Vivian, his wife Shirley, two daughters, two grand daughters, one grand son and one son in law. I'm praying for them and I ask you to do the same.
