I bought myself a MP3 player for Christmas.
I never get to keep anything. My son saw it and said he sure would like one for Christmas.
I caved and I still don't have one.
I started thinking about songs that I could put on the player (if I ever get one to keep).
Then I started thinking about how parts of different songs could relate to Real Estate.
I am doing this from memory so be forgiving.

I had a bunch but I have run into singer's block.
