Excited for the new year.

Yes, I am a real estate practitioner, and you did read right.   I am really excited to go into a new year with a feeling of great opportunity. 

Is this just blind optimism?   No.   Is this hoping I will wake up and the nightmare will be over?   No

I am so fortunate to have all of the leadership helping me to pull through.  

Yes Gary Keller and his leadership group are an inspiration and from this I know several facts of business.  

One being that the share of business is not distributed evenly.   That If I work hard and smart, I can get my unfair share. 

Two, that there are always people buying and selling we just have to find them and get in the market of the moment.  

Even if you are not with Keller Williams, you can read Gary's book "Shift", which has received rave reviews.  This is the basis for a coaching program and a series of book clubs.  Both of which I am taking advantage of. 

From this I can see how I can improve.   I know what I need to do to make this the best year ever, and I am geared up ready to start that journey.   I've planned family vacations and family time as my big why. 

Gary Keller is a true leader.  We just don't see other company leaders coming up with a model to thrive in this market.  The best we hear is "it will get better in 90 days"
