Birds of a feather flock together

You have all heard the saying, but, do you know how the rest of the phrase goes? "Birds of a feather flock together, then crap on your car." Yep, this is exactly what it is like being in the office with that flock of birds you see over by the water cooler talking about how bad the real estate market is.

So, unless you want 2009 to be your worst year ever, I suggest you find a new flock of birds that are more positive, or please stay away from me and stop crapping on my car!

You're kidding about the end of that phrase, right? But you're right about needing to find a fabulous flock! What a difference it makes!

I do my best to steer clear of the negative vibes. I had my best year EVER in 2008, and I'll have my best year EVER in 2009! I hope everyone can keep up.

Todd, I agree! I've had a great start to the year and already have more business then I can handle. It just took going out there and talking with people, doing an open house or two, etc. There's a great amount of opportunity out there! Good luck this year!

I've been avoiding the negative Nancy's for a while... I just can't take any more doom and gloom. The world is what you make it, in good times and bad. As for the birds... a 12-gauge and a couple of rounds should clear them off the pole.

I am sooooooo tired of the negative talk, every time I hear it I head off the other direction and close the door to my office.

I do not like having to clean up all of that crap day in and day out either.
