Would you like to connect to 5,000 new people?

I thought it was impossible but I'm almost at 500 connections and adding more every day.  I'm close to 500 and I'll be at 5,000 very soon!

WHAT IS A LION?  "A LION is a LinkedIn Open Networker and it's easy to join - just look in the Groups section of LinkedIn.  To be an open networker means that you will accept almost all invitations; and if you decide not to accept, you will NEVER mark "I don't know that person."  It's just good open networking etiquette not to do that." How to do it:

1. Log into Linkedin.com  (join if you're not yet a member). 

2. Go to the group "Networkers United" at http://www.linkedin.com/e/gis/1452057 and join the group.   You will get a confirmation email.

3. Go to the group "Networkers United" at http://www.linkedin.com/e/gis/1452057  and click the "Members" tab at the top.  

4. Scroll down past those folks who are "1st" level connections, and "Invite" each person by clicking "Invite".  

5. When it asks, "How do you know this person?"  click "Groups" and select "Networkers United".   

6. Scroll down and select "Send Invitation".  

7. Click the back arrow (top left) twice and repeat for as many people as you want.

8. If the "invite" screen asks you for their email address, most of them will have their email address listed, so you can cut and paste.  If you don't see it right away, just keep going on to the next person.

Most folks in this group have 500+ connections.  Victoria Blintser is running this group, she has over 10,000 connections!  Some have over 20,000 people in their networks!  Amazing...

WHAT COULD YOU DO WITH AN AUDIENCE (NETWORK) OF OVER 5,000 PEOPLE? 

You would have a VERY big sphere of influence!  Enlarge your tent -- remember, the more people you help, the "richer" you get!  I liked the book "Prayer of Jabez" for explaining why to expand our borders larger.
