Slinging Horse Manure!

It is very easy to become depressed and discouraged in the real estate business. This is especially true if you are a newbie and the flow of income is not as frequent as one would like. However, having a positive attitude is mandatory if one is to survive in this business.

I have been motivated by many of you who have shared words and stories of inspirations to help me keep a positive attitude. Here is a story I will share with you.

Jimmy is a city kid who went to spend the summer with his grandparents who lived on a farm. Early during his visit Jimmy's grandfather found Jimmy waist deep in horse manure slinging it everywhere. "Jimmy, what are you doing!" exclaimed his grandfather.

"Granddad!" Jimmy replied. "With all this horse manure, there is bound to be a pony in here somewhere! I want to ride the pony!"

So, no matter how much horse manure live throws at you. Keep looking for the pony!
