Recently I had an opportunity to purchase some stock in a company that I am familiar with.  I knew that the stock price was great, but I was worried about the market in general, so I decided not to invest.  Now, less than a month later, the stock has doubled, and here I am wishing that I hadn't waited!  I'm afraid that there are going to be a number of buyers in the real estate market that are going to get caught in the same thinking.  What we KNOW is that home prices are as low as we have seen them for a long time and the mortgage interest rates are at all time lows.  Waiting to buy a home probably isn't such a good idea!
