Perspective

You want some perspective?  How’s this:

1)  John Travolta’s 16-year-old son died the other day.
2)  6 people died in a house fire in Washington DC, including children.
3)  Steve Jobs, the greatest technology innovator of the last 30 years, has some kind of weird hormone imbalance that makes him look like an anorexic.
4)  My 5 year old lost her 1 week old Leapster 2.
5)  I’m about to have my 2nd back surgery and I’m not yet 35.

What’s my point?

Is it really that big a deal that our clients are driving us crazy, or a someone says something to us that is somewhat unfair or mean.

Is it that big a deal that our computers break, or our email is on the fritz.

Not really.  This year, try something new: Try saying to yourself that the little stuff just doesn’t matter!

Make it happen and don’t let the little stuff bother you!

Yeah - somehow our big problems don't seem so darn big after-all.
