Dee’s exposure to The Floyd Wickman Program as a real estate agent made her realize her love of training and her intense desire to change people’s lives the way Floyd Wickman did hers. She feels blessed to be given that opportunity by The Floyd Wickman Team. The first time she received an email from a student saying “Thanks for doing what you do”, she knew she’d made the right decision to become a trainer and now a Certified Coach and Director of R-Squared Coaching. She looks forward to helping realtors turn their careers around, staying on track with their goals, and ultimately changing their lives for the better.
