Well I hope everyone is having a happy New Year.

I had a great New Year and things are looking up with Growthleader

Well I have been working with a few clients now that are continuing to come back to my site and browse for a new home.  I have been talking to a few already.

I had about 8 people come and sign up last week.  I knew things would pick up.

The great thing about the site is that it has Listing Alerts

These Alerts automatically send emails that notify prospects of new properties on the market that match their criteria.

This is a great tool for the clients to set up.  Then when they get ready to buy I can us the MLS to help narrow down their search even more.

Hi Jeff - Great to hear about your prospects!  Thanks for sharing the listing alerts feature on your post.  Would you consider any of your prospects "hot"?  Where are they in the buying cycle?

No one is hot currently.  I have about half my clients on listing alerts.  Only 2 so far have asked for more info. 

So no one is Hot yet, but looks to happen in the next month or so.
