The residents may even know that Cinco Ranch was recently voted one of the top master-planned communities in the country. They also know that Cinco Ranch is one of the best brand names in real estate. Still there is a secret that Cinco Ranch residents may not know.
In 2008 Houston faced the worst hurricane in years. Mortgage companies folded right and left. The stock market plunged. Almost any investment in 2008 was a bad investment.
