Growth in Northwest Arkansas

Home to Wal-Mart Corporate Headquarters, JB Hunt Corporate Headquarters, and Tyson Foods Corporate Headquarters, just to name a few national and international companies among many, as well as the University of Arkansas, Fayetteville, Northwest Arkansas is quickly becoming a destination for executives, both young and old, and business leaders in many industries.  Home demand in the area is nearing a balance with supply, according to recent news reports, and relocations to the area in support of business growth related to the Big Three is fairly consistent.  Our market is in motion, though not moving at the rate it realized in the past, and prospects for continued movement are good by most accounts.  Would anyone like to weigh in on the activity you are experiencing in your business sector or regional locale?  Homes for sale in Northwest Arkansas appear to be more balanced between new construction and existing housing as new home supplies are worked through.  Does this change the momentum of business in the area, or are new and existing homes moving together?  Thanks in advance for your comments and thoughts.
