Ann, you are hanging around this wine store an awful lot lately. Coincidence? I'm just picking on you my friend. Sampling wine, the best part, has GOT to make this a great event. Thanks for bringing this to our attention. Now I know where the name Wildwood comes from. : ) P.S. Pardon my silliness. I know this is a serious post!

Gary,

What can I say?  I like wine....and cheese  ;-)

Yes, this is serious...wine is a serious business except at this store...they are fun loving and not intimidating.  I like posting articles about them.  They are always helpful when I come into the store.  And Karl always has a new wine up his sleeve....LOL

Thanks for stopping by silliness and all!

Ann, interesting event. I am allergic to alcohol. But I really enjoy drinking some home made wines that I bought from Long Island. Very tasty. I drink only a few drops :-), but I really like it.

Ann this is a class that I think I would enjoy taking.  I do not drink much but I do like a good glass of wine with a good meal every once in a while.

Hey Ann, The people at Wines of Wildwood must be friends of yours- you are an excellent advertsing tool for them. Sounds like a great time for those wine lovers out there. Thanks for the info.

Hi Ann........we love this wine stuff don't we?  The class sounds great, I wonder if I can find anything like that in Birmingham.  Maybe the shop owners over here should read your blog and get some ideas.

Huiting,

Sorry to hear about the allergy...  Sometimes a few drops is all you get at a wine tasting....

I like red semi-sweet and sweet wines produced locally.

Thank you for stopping by,

Ann

George,

It is more than just about tasting the wines..it is the atmosphere and tidbits of interesting info they share about wine.  ;-)

I like a glass of wine, red sweet..but only local ones.

Sandy,

They are friends now...  I enjoy their store very much.  They are friendly and helpful.  Wine was always intimidating to me.  I never liked it until I found some local semi-sweet/sweet reds.

Thank you for commenting,

Ann
