2009 is the year to shine as the best among the best. This is the year to make more money, and to make yourself the first face people think of when they talk about real estate, or mortgages.

Let me get you to think about a very vital marketing strategy, which is: "Value Added".
Whenever a consumers shops for products, services, and yes, professionals like you, they look for value, that is added to the original package.
When I buy a car I want to know the options, that are packaged with that car, and compare those option to the options that another car provides.
Every Car, truck, and SUV on the market, will get you from point A, to point B. The $10,000 car will get you to your destination just like the $60,000 car will. Why then do people gladly pay more for a vehicle to get to the same destination?
IT's ALL IN THE EXTRAS THEY GET!! The perception of value, goes beyond the quality of the vehicle, or the way the vehicle is designed. The real determination of value is the extra options (ie; navigation, cd, dvd, sun roof, warranty, engine size, tires, etc.) you get for the price.
Some might pay $1,000, $5,000, or $20,000 more because of the total package and options a vehicle has.
No need to take a commission cut to show value to a customer, and no need to provide services for free. The fastest way to kill perception of value a customers has is to give that product or service away for free.
Here is the trick to properly package yourself so that you make more money with VALUE ADDED SERVICES.
1) Basic services: Real Estate Sales (everyone else does it)
2) Think about what other services you can offer that are real estate related, that you can charge for, and add value to yourself because you offer multiple services under one roof.

Market Home Warranty Programs
Homeowners or Dwelling Insurance
Mortgage services
Market Mortgage Acceleration Programs
Credit Restoration
Host Buyer/Seller Education Events
Develop Services For Investors To Make It Easy For Them To Find Properties and Funding
Market Pre-Paid Legal Services to your buyers, sellers, investors or fellow real estate agents to protect them from E&O violations, or with everyday life events.
Get creative and re-invent YOUR NAME HERE, Inc.
