Without a doubt, 2008 was a bit soft. Banks stopped lending and they probably won't lend again anytime soon. The good news is that there is a natural balance in the liquidity universe....private sources have stepped up to the plate and are now lending - like the banks used to - on income producing properties...so don't panic!
