The holiday season has ben an extended one of connecting and having a great time for me this year.
Gosh it's been 3 weeks of relax, enjoy the people I love and have fun! I gave the whole family a DreamTrip to Los Cabos in Mexico for their Christmas present this year. We are gonna spend the next week are just enjoying each other and the unlimited food and drink! That should send me back to the Y for exercise next week, but this week, indulge it is! I don't know about you, but I love the fresh slate a new year brings.
Part of the relax and enjoy is my quest to discover how to work less while still doing those things that make my heart sing! Two books I have found intriguing in the past few months are The Four Hour Workweek and Eat, Pray & Love. While they are very different, both authors share how they are designing the life that they want, rather than taking the old notions of how it should be. How inspiring to read how to live an inspired life, rather than an ordinary one.
I'm throwing my hat in the ring for enjoying an inspired life in 2009. How about you?
