Wow.  The Treasury Department is actually doing what they say they will do.  Currently they are buying up mortgage backed securities.  This is helping interest rates come to multi year lows.  Bonds are continuing to improve even with the Services Index coming in higher than expected.

Technically speaking - the FNMA 4.5% 30 year bond has risen back to resistance levels of the multi year high.  With the bond below the overbought range a mini rally could develop.

I am recommending to

  LOCK your mortgage rate until multi year highs are breached consistently.
