Such a great program.
In our first month using ZingDing one of our clients was so thrilled with the tour we did for their home, they forwarded the card to share it with their family and friends... Of course it's unique, how many times does someone see a burning fire in the fireplace, leaves, snow or animals moving in a still photo? It's simply magical. Not only did all those emails add additional exposure to their home, they're getting our face out to the people they care for... And with that comes referrals. Within one week of our Oregon City listing being on the market, and about 70 tour views, someone in their family who watched that ZingDing tour asked our client for more information about us. They will be selling their home here soon and we're now their Realtor of Choice.
ZingDing tours bring life to the photos... The animations are more than even words/voice over's can express. I can't tell you how many times I get dizzy with 360 tours or tune the voice narration out on audio tours... Both can cause you to day-dream. But the little touches of life we can add to photos using ZingDing simply make you focus in on what you're watching. And that's the whole point. Keeping your viewers attention and in ways they're sure to remember you.
