Linda, Any place with good gym equipment AND yoga would be something I would love, I hope people in your area take advantage of it.

Carole- there's a Yoga class every day. I try to go to at least 3 a week. Wish you were down here to join me! This Y is a great place!

Linda, maybe this is the year I come and join you guys in the gym. You know I prefer the outdoors, but in the cold weather, and on rainy days, this might just be the place for me to work on staying fit.

All the guides at about.com who write the diet and low-carb sites are seeing huge pageviews right now, heh, heh. Nobody ever keeps it up. I have a $4,000 elliptical that is a coat rack, same as my treadmill. Sigh. OK, maybe I'll get on it before the month ends . . .

Hmm. I hadn't noticed the increase of ads for weight loss, but that certainly makes sense. And it's a good idea to promote your local YMCA. Even better that you mentioned the group fitness classes they offer.
