Hendersonville TN Real Estate - 2008 home sales

Well, the sales figures are in for Hendersonville TN Real Estate. And we, did very well in 2008 compared to 2007...with only a 4% drop in home sales prices.. When you think about all the problems that other parts of the country are facing...we are fortunate indeed.

Hendersonville currently has 591 residential homes listed for sale...and we sell an average of 72 homes per month. This gives us several months of inventory...so let's get busy and sell these homes!
