Active Rain - a great tool

I am so grateful for ActiveRain and the ability to see what other agents have to offer. 

I have a dear friend that lives in Virginia.  She needs to sell her house and the first agent did not work for her.  I did research on agents in her area using ActiveRain.  And we found a fantastic agent to help her sell the house. 

What a tool and great way to help others when you cannot do it yourself.
