Hurray! I made it! Finally! My first time inside the Active Rain community!
It's another dreary day in Abbotsford...rain pelting down melting the mounds of snow that has made it almost impossible for getting around. I would do just about anything to hug a palm tree...and a few rays of warm sun. Looking forward to spending time in Florida in February!
Looking forward to getting to know many of you in the exciting days of 2009!

Brenda, Liz suggested I come welcome you... and I was only happy to do so... with the lure of Palm Trees.... But I'm in Chicago, under Blizzard-Alert... so it's difficult to have an sympathy for those of you in BC suffering cold temps, and snow.   We're receiving some of your exported weather as we speak.

Empathy, yes... sympathy no.  We're about to have some of our coldest weather in 5 years.... I feel badly enough for myself.
