Well it's an exciting new year to look forward to. This year many economist are predicting a low until mid spring when its starts getting exciting here in Canada. House prices may start to rise by the end of the year. Hopefully this will get some of our clients off of the preverbial fence and into a home and mortgage. I think this is the year for focusing our efforts to educate our clients so that they can truly understand this process in home buying.
So to everyone I would like to say Happy New Year. Lets hope it's an exceptionally busy one
