I am NOT a nutritional expert nor a certified physical trainer however, I have walked this walk, talked this talk and lived the battle of time management fitness challenge! How can I help you!
The truth is this...I really can't.
You have to help you and you have to want to help you! You can watch the BIGGEST LOSER, you can read every self help magazine that there is and you can yo yo diet for years. Until you really lay out a foundation for fitness success and set a real goal that you want more than anything else I can't help you! It has to come from within!
BUT if you really want it this time and you really are ready to know some practical answers that have been tested and really work than The 3 B Method Diet is for you! The 3 B Method is a lifestyle. It is about learning to live BUSY, BALANCED and BLESSED. There is huge business side to Living BBB, however, one of the key components to BALANCE comes with being healthy!
So, to launch 2009 I am excited to kick off a 90 day fit challenge. If you are in this please join Facebook and join my group. You may want to be a member of both The 3 B Method Club and the BE Fun, Fit and Fabulous Challenge!
So how will this work? Once you join the group, please introduce yourself and post a picture. Feel free to share your business as that is what all of this networking is about! Share your goals, share your fears, share your weakness. I will post blogs in AR 2 -3 times a week that will be shared with you in the FB group and there are discussion boards for you to post your questions, comments, and progress! I would like you to post updated pictures January 21st!

I want you to feel better about the skin you are in at a size 20, 12 or 2! If you are healthier and if you have more energy you will make more money in your business and you will be more confident in everything you do!

Count me in... I am using the increased water in-take approach coupled with a reduction in carbohydrates (similar to Atchins) and exercise. Lost 15 lbs. with 20 lbs. to go.
