For those of you who saw the original post on my newly acquired fame, by now I hope you realized that it was just a combination of my Photoshop proficiency and Pulitzer prize worthy writing skills!!!
I'm Famous! But No Autographs Please!
But this time I actually made headway into my inevitable pathway towards fame and immortality!
The other night, while pursuing my goal of searching every web site ever created; something I do when I'm not working on my Real Estate business, I came across a CNN link on their I-Report page. Grateful For a Dead Tour?
Naturally, since the Grateful Dead is a favorite of mine. And since I've seen a show or two (hundred) in my days, I had to send in my report. It is my duty, after all, to report the news and aid in the education of the masses!
It's the least I can do for my adoring fans! And never let it be said that I didn't do the least I can do!!!
So, anyway, shortly after I posted my report, I get a call from CNN!
No, it wasn't Wolf Blitzer. Or Larry King! Or even the lovely and talented Abbie Boudreau! (Private note to Abbie....Call me!)
Did I mention that Abbie Boudreau is lovely and talented?....Oh, yes, there it is....I see it above.....Sorry, I got distracted.....Now where was I?.......Right, right, I got a call from CNN!
So, CNN calls and interviews me about my experiences with the band, where the picture I posted was taken, how I met the band members and a host of other things. After about 15 minutes of going back and forth, we say our goodbyes and I go to CNN's web site to see if anyone's commented on my post there.
Well, much to my surprise, I'm on the front page of CNN's site and my story is right there as a featured I-Report!
So, now I'm getting nervous because I'm thinking that I'm rapidly starting to use up my 15 minutes of fame!
And this is where I need your help..... I need to reclaim my full 15 minutes of fame! I have big plans!!!
So, until my stardom fades a bit should I go in to seclusion at my private beach house?
Should I fade out of the picture for a little while by cruising the South Pacific on my yacht?
Or should I just lay low in my Raleigh area home, here in Apex, NC?
By the way, you should consider a move here too.
It's really quite a lovely place to live, work and raise a family!
Please help me! My 15 minutes of fame is running out!
