Dick, glad to see you back.  I hope all that we talked about is behind you now or at least resolved where you can move on (let me know if that one is worked out).  I wish you a GREAT 2009 and it's hard to see that the first half of January is gone already.  I think 2009 will be a year of a lot of changes in the real estate business.  I feel the real estate industry has been the glimmer of light for our economy and we all need to do what ever it takes to keep things going.  Linda, our local board President, mentioned something to me about bringing you to Searcy again this year.  You know what you have taught us has been great, what module would you recommend.  Just send me an e-mail Larry@Searcy4Sale.com.   Thanks for your friendship and look forward to hearing back from you!
