No Choice here comes 2009

Well like it or not here comes 2009!  For many of us it appears to be a very challenging year ahead but you know what, bring it on.  I get more emails sent with messages of hope that we all should dig deep to find the strenght to carry on.  I am a firm believer in mind over matter and looking forward to turning 2009 into a banner year for me.  I hope each of you look pass the problems and fears that currently face you and start a plan to make 2009 a good year.

Dick, glad to see you back.  I hope all that we talked about is behind you now or at least resolved where you can move on (let me know if that one is worked out).  I wish you a GREAT 2009 and it's hard to see that the first half of January is gone already.  I think 2009 will be a year of a lot of changes in the real estate business.  I feel the real estate industry has been the glimmer of light for our economy and we all need to do what ever it takes to keep things going.  Linda, our local board President, mentioned something to me about bringing you to Searcy again this year.  You know what you have taught us has been great, what module would you recommend.  Just send me an e-mail Larry@Searcy4Sale.com.   Thanks for your friendship and look forward to hearing back from you!
