I was excited a year ago when 7 out of 10 of the most expensive properties were over $2 million.  In 2008, all of the properties are over $2 million...in fact all of them are over $2.15 million.  Something even more astonishing is that 4 of them are over $3.2 million.  It is incredible that these solds occurred in the turbulent financial year of 2008.
