MGM City Center's Harmon Hotel & Condo hits a snag - READ THE NEWS

A few weeks ago when I was up in the COSMOPOLITAN EAST BEACH CLUB TOWER, I couldn't help but notice that the Harmon was not progressing.
If the Harmon is revised and lowered in height, the strip views of the COSMOPOLITAN'S BEACH CLUB TOWER south view units will have even longer and more expansive views. I am always one to see the glass half-full!
It's no secret that Las Vegas Strip Area real estate is taking a hit in value. Buyers of the Harmon condos will now have their money refunded, and at $1400+ per square foot, perhaps they should be thankful. They can gobble up a bargain in an existing tower.
