After 3 months of relative inactivity, my phones have really been ringing. It's funny, when the market was superheated and everyone was dying to get involved in this market, we had to make room for everyone. Now, when rates are 2% lower than they were last year, and inventory is 30% higher than it was back then, nobody wants to do anything in this market. What gives?? It's good to see that buyers are beginning to see that this is the time to buy! I hope it continues

Good to hear!  I've been swamped for the past three weeks as well.  Maybe with prices at all time lows and with crazy interest rates, buyers are finally realizing it really is a good time to buy!

Lets hope this lasts throughout 2009!

Great to hear it.  Here, the inventory is quite lackluster and is dominated by short sales. Active buyers are just plain board.  We need fresh inventory, priced to sell.

I have heard the phones are ringing at the office....showings being set up, buyers calling in, one agent in my office had 5 showings this weekend on a home that didn't have 5 showings since they listed it months ago!  This looks like a needed and welcome change in the market!
