Dan, you bring up an excellent question. I will have to check with my Title company on that. I have been scanning my documents and emailing them myself to cut down on paper. Title Companies run a very fine line in what they can do and not do that might show as conflict in their relationship with agents. My Title Company is extremely cautious about that. However, I will bring this up to them and see if in fact they do offer it.
