We all have our little things we do to clear our BRAIN.. I was playing a game online last night.  It is basically a 7 on 7 match with people all over the world. One team protects/defends the package, the other team trys to grab the package and get it to a waiting helecopter. It is a shooter type game. However if you don't have a plan and stay with that plan it is hard to win. So when I finished I was thinking. If I took that same tenacity in Real Estate what could happen. So I am going to try that this week.

I have a plan with very modest goals.

Goal.

Get at least 2 new listings.

Plan.

Call at least 4 FSBO's and 4 Expired listings every day to set a listing appt.

Close at least half the listing appts. I get

Seems simple enough.

Let just see what happens...

I will follow up on this by next week.

I challenge all the other agents who read this to do the same thing.

As soon as vista is going (well... going better anyway) and all you Xbox people can play online with us PC people - you will learn the meaning of multiplayer pain!

But more seriously, being a gamer from wayback who also resets my brain and blows off steam with computer games - I can really see your point. In these games, you have the objective and you just single mindedly pursue it. It will be nice if you can translate some of that to real life!

I play Halo 2 but the peopple online are so mean. They don't work together it is just a blood bath. I didn't really enjoy it. Then I switched to Rainbow Six Vegas. Most people are nice and they have to work together to win.  I will try halo 3 when it comes out.

By the way got my first appt.
