Unbelievable, that one could have a home in the keys for anywhere near this price. It will surely attract lots of attention and offers.

This, just like nearly every other home in the Key's, is a rip off and extremely overpriced. Stop overpricing these homes and sell them for their true value, maybe then you'll get some serious migration into the keys. Let the inflated housing costs fall, stop trying to keep them inflated.

It is obvious that you are not educated in the Real Estate Market in the Florida Keys. I suggest you do a little research before commenting on things you do not have a clue about.
