Yes, it is in your settings.  You can select to allow your posts to be reblogged in settings but then allow only specific ones to be reblogged when you write them.  There is yet another box to check if you do not want to allow a post to be reblogged which appears at the bottom of your list of groups once you write a new post.  So just because you turn it on in your settings does not mean that every single post you write will be allowed to be reblogged.  Does that make sense?
