Piedmont Row Condos in SouthPark in Charlotte, NC
When John and I previewed the condos at 701 Morrison last week in SouthPark in Charlotte, we also viewed a few condos at Piedmont Row. This mixed use area opened less than 2 years ago and has been a popular spot. The development was a beautiful entry into the SouthPark area. Piedmont Town Center is located just 2 blocks from our office, EXIT Realty South. The restaurants are exceptional. If you read the article I referenced in my blog yesterday about Morton's Steak House at SouthPark Mall closing.
John and I love the location of the Piedmont Row condos and the views from the 7th floor units (penthouses) are spectacular. But we were not too crazy about the access and the common areas.
