I posted this yesterday and can see that it has been viewed but no comments. Can anyone give me advise on how to get Las Vegas area Realtors to see this and respond? This is a serious post the buyer is self employed and is wanting to find a seller that is willing to do a PMM of 80 percent... Not interested in a rent/lease to own..

Hi Michael - Did you try the Active Rain Search? here's a link http://activerain.com/search - typing in "Las Vegas" should bring up some results to check out... you should be able to contact an agent directly through their Active Rain Profile or home page (email or calling) - You could also try posting as a Referral on Active Rain - from your AR"home" page look for the "Referral" link in the left column - or click here http://activerain.com/action/lead_referrals
