We are all in a tizzy here in Baltimore. (Out in the Counties too!) During football season it's always PURPLE FRIDAY. Today is just a little bit more special.

Every where you look you will be sure to see a purple or black jersey. We LOVE our Ravens.

Super bowl xxxv

The Ravens and Titans meet in the AFC divisional playoffs in Tennessee tomorrow. You could call this a rematch synonymous with the run up to the victorious Super Bowl XXXV for the Baltimore Ravens in 2001. In that game the Titans would go on to lose their home playoff game to the eventual Super Bowl Champions.

Baltimore Ravens earned a wild card for the 2000 season, just like this year. We are confident that we will have a similar result and go on to meet the New York Giants in the Super Bowl again.

Even though I live down in Redskins territory I worked in Baltimore for so long that I always cheer for them both on a Sunday.  I worked in a middle school in Baltimore City the year they won the Superbowl and I remember all the excitement and goodwill.  It would be nice to see that again.  I'll be pulling for them too.
