Selling a Home Out of Season

I was just reading an article on selling a home out of season. The Wall Street Journal has some interesting tips for sellers who are selling out of season. It makes sense that all homeowners who are thinking about selling during these times have as much information as possible to sell their home for the best price. Hope this is of interest to all of you selling during this time of the year.
