Spanish Language Newsletter for Marketing to Hispanic Community

By
Real Estate Agent with The Best Way Home

Hi,

I am a Realtor in Western Colorado where we have a large Hispanic Community - I market primarily to Spanish speakers and have helped over 100 families in the last 5 years with the purchase of their home.

Although I am originally from England, I am fluent in Spanish and am very involved in our local latino community. I was a founding member and first president of the only Spanish speaking Rotary club in Colorado.

I am interested in networking with other realtors in other parts of the country who are also working with the latino community.

I have just launched a website: www.HispanicMarketingTools.com that offers a spanish language marketing newsletter along with additional services such as mailing lists, printing, call tracking etc. It is the only newsletter that I know of that is written specifically for the hispanic community, as opposed to translations of generic english language newsletters. I actually send out a slightly longer version of the same newsletter and by including advertisements for real estat related businesses, I am able to offset the cost of printing, and mailing.

It is a great way for me to keep in front of my past clients and putting myself forward as the expert for potential new clients - Unlike other newsletters, it is focused spefifically on real estate topics with information on the local market that I hope is useful both for buyers and sellers.

This a great market to work with and is the fastest growing segment of the market. Non spanish-speakers should not be deterred from marketing to this community - the most important thing is to work with integrity and enthusiasm - if you don't speak spanish, your clients will find a way!

Wishing everyone a great 2009.

Julian

Julian,

This is great idea. There is a scarcity of resources available in Spanish. I also want to thank you for being a Bilingual Marketing Group client (your website company). We have recently transitioned into focusing on building out the VivaReal Network instead of individual websites. I know we had a few hiccups with the website originally. Thanks for being patient and sticking with us. You have a great advantage being totally bilingual. We will continue to work hard to build value by getting your listings maximum exposure on VivaReal.us.
