Here are the photos for the Pleasant Hill single family residence. This house went thru a lot of fix ups, even the interior and exterior paints underwent few changes. We really liked David's choice of the carpet in the bedrooms, it reminded me the carpet used in the suites of Ritz-Carlton. ;-)
David's construction crew was still there working on the house when we arrived with our big trucks. We worked around the rehab team that was applying the finishing touches to the house.
As I have mentioned in the previous post, long distance staging is always more challenging. Even after triple checking, we still left over few lamp shades back at the warehouse... Well, today's two staging project with combined floor space of ~5500, I guess forgetting few lamp shades is not too bad. Instead of driving all the way back, we simply made a shopping run at the nearby mall -- problem solved!
