I am off to Monterey in a week for the first director's meeting of California Association of Realtors.  Being a director since 1993 keeps me updated and current on contracts and California's real estate laws. If you ever have the opportunity to attend it is worthwhile. Thursday is the best day to attend committee meetings and your regional caucus meetings in the evenings.
