Spam, I HATE IT, I HATE, I HATE IT!!!!!

you may have noticed, I have not had a post on this blog for some time now. Why? I have been getting absolutely hammered by spam. Spam is a complete distractions and ridiculous waste of time. Does anybody actually respond to the offerings? The lack of postings has been directly related to the time and effort that it takes to get rid of spam. My fear was: create a post, get additional spam. It was a business decision.

Now, I feel like I am back in the saddle again. I found a plug-in that does a great job of spam blocking. Wheeh! Be on the lookout for future posts.

I'm with you on the spam thing, very time consuming and distracting.

Glad your new spam filter is working. I enlisted the help of a mail server service. I was averaging 300 to 400 e-mails a day. I was spending some much time with the delete key, I actually started deleting important mail by accident. The company I use is InternetCrusade. Saul, Mike and John administer the e-Pro course for , you have probably at least heard of them. They care and know how to help with most problems. If you ever did need help, givethem a  try. You will not be disappointed.

Wow, I was just about to change my address. I get bombarded by them but have not had the time to look into a spam blocker.

I hate spam too!  It hasn't kept me from posting but I will admit, I've thought about it.  I also have concerns about posting my cell phone number.  I get calls from people trying to sell me a service.  It is a shame that because we put our info out for a customer, we also have to endure the JUNK!

Maybe they should create a do not contact list for spam.

We all get it comes with the online visibility. I have noticed the sales calls increase as my Google rating has increased.
