How did you set the price and publish the details if you have not yet listed the property?
We had an agent here in NC do something like this and put a sign in a yard that she was listing later in the week and she lost her license.....

I am sorry i should clairify. I have a listing agreement on this property. I just do not currently have it actively marketed on my Local MLS or on Loopnet. I put it here first because on both those sites i will have to post the pictures and the currently financials. i thought i would place it here first.
