2004 and 2006 was the best real estate December's for Gambrills, MD. The 2007 data for Sold Dollar Volume seems skewed and is a likely result of several more expensive homes being sold. This would also be reflected in the significantly higher Average Sold and Median Sold Prices. In general, the Gambrills real estate market is declining but as with the real estate market in general, the bottom may have been reached or will be shortly.
Total December Sold Dollar Volume for Gambrills homes seems to be in a freefall compared to 2007. As with other communities in the area, the days on the market continues to increase. Five to six months on average for Gambrills at the present time.
