Xobni Combines Outlook Contacts with Social Media and makes Connecting Super Easy!

Well..I did it..I recently downloaded Xobni (Inbox spelled backwards) and am really liking it!

Xobni is a plug-in for Outlook that allows you connect to your contacts by having a super fast email search function, attached conversations, AND connect to them directly through Social Networking like Facebook, Skype and Linked In.

Here is a screen shot of the famous Brad Andersohn. At first I thought it might be even more disctracting but the more I use it, the more I like it. There a ton of features I'm sure I haven't tapped into yet, so if you are a user, feel free to share your opinions:)

I used it all the time before I switched to the Mac. I wonder if they have a version for Entourage?

Here is the reason I like it, I can see all the attachements I have sent to a client without going over to the folder I put it in. When I open a new email by a person all my recent correspondance is there.

The only negative I had at all was if I was deleteing a lot of emails because of Xobni it would get hung up until it caught up.

This looks like a taerg program. (great backwards) lol~ I use yahoo and gmail so it won't work for me but if they ever come up with a program for those platforms, let me know, I'd be interested in using it. Thanks Laura, I appreciate the kudos and mention. (Big Smile and MWA!!)

Hi Missy~ Yes, it does do quite a bit of updatingm, but all in all it actually helps me realize how many emails I need to clean out:) I like being able to see their Social Med profiles too.
