Hi everyone, I have enjoyed reading blogs from all of you and have decided to start up one of my own.  I recently completed my salesperson's class, passed my state test last week and am signed up with RE/Max and ready to go! 

I have been educating myself for months by reading all the different real estate websites and blogs, plus going with my wife (also a realtor) on appointments and watching her in action.  I feel like I have learned a lot and am thankful for all the knowledge all of you experienced professionals have shared. 

Question to all of the experienced realtors out there:  If you could give a new realtor just ONE piece of advice, what would it be?  I would love to hear what you have to think!

USE CRAIGSLIST and get the RE/MAX leadstreet website for 25 buck a month best decision I ever made. I am getting close to 200 unique visitors a day with 1 out of 100 turning into a lead for me. http://www.AGENTBOWMAN.com
