The Fall River Fitness Challenge is on for the second year! Last years event was a huge success exceeding a goal of 2000lbs, participants lost a total of 3410lbs!

This is an excellent opportunity to make those goals happen. As a participant you will be eligible for free or reduced rates at the CD REC or YMCA Fitness Centers.

Learn how to make healthy choices with many free classes being offered on nutrition and overall well being.

Hi Suzanne, My husband and I have started out 2009 with a membership at a fitness center. Actually, it is a wellness center. They have physical therapists on staff. We really love it so far.

Suzanne, My daughter is a personal trainer and loves it! And I love Fall River, I used to go there quite often when we owned a home in Rhode Island. What a wonderful place to live.

Suzanne - what a great way to build a fit community. Our area kicks off a fitness challenge in the spring which has been a huge success. It's so much fun when people work together for a common goal.

Suzanne...you're the eternal MOTIVATOR!!! Well, you'll be happy to know I'm an active member of Bloomingdale Boot Camp down here in Sunny, FL. We only meet twice a week but I'm all in! I've got alot to "lose" for! :-D My trainer lives in my neighborhood so it's not like I can "not see him" if I'm out and about. He's terrific...reminds me of YOU but he's bald and buff! haha
