Whew! I was reading a post the other day by Karen Monsour. She said that she had 8 leads in one day! I was thinking: "Wow! That's great! Wouldn't that be nice.....?"

Well, since then, I've received 1 renter lead and 4 buyer leads in St. Charles and St. Louis counties (Missouri) in 2 days! Not quite as good as 8, but I'm not complaining...

So, things seem to be looking up. People are realizing that it truly is a GREAT time to buy!
