This is a great apartment for under 500k, I hope Sonny's luck rubs off onto this property.

This looks fabulous! If I knew my son was going to stay in NY I'd buy it for him, but he is not ready to settle down yet. He lives at 3rd and 15th and I love that neighborhood.
