Hello to all! Just evaluated my 2008 production. I sold almost 1.8M in inventory! $1,789,400 worth, to be precise. Lots of hard, hard work, but it is proof that property IS selling, and some buyers are getting terrific deals!
As I look over the year, I had to shift gears many times and step outside my comfort zone to make things work, sometimes. I had to look at what was happening in the market and go after it. It really is true: if you do the same thing over and over, you should not expect different results. Change can be good. I am excited about continued change and growth in 2009.
