If there is a Gmail maven out there, I need your help. 

I am attempting to load up a particular category of contacts in my Gmail account. However, after I input the name and email address, and save it, I'll go back and the email address won't be there. The name will be there, however.

Any ideas? Does that sound familiar to anyone? 

Is there an easy, quick way to get an answer from Gmail support?

I looked up email addresses that our agents are using over here - the only person that is using gmail is Mike Sackman - you might want to give him a call to see if that happened to him.
